At 10th Man Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed
  • Be in original condition
  • Be free from stains, odors, or damage
  • Have original tags (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items marked as Final Sale

Exchanges

Need a different size?

We gladly offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit or refund may be issued.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Order number
  • Name used for the order
  • Reason for return

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was received
  • The item arrived damaged
  • There was an error on our part

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will work quickly to make it right.
