At 10th Man Apparel, we work hard to get your order packed and shipped as quickly as possible. Thank you for supporting our small, faith-based business.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During new product launches, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (if available)
- Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
10th Man Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.
10th Man Apparel is not responsible for:

- Delivery delays caused by the carrier
- Weather-related delays
- Customs delays
- Incorrect delivery by the carrier
If your package appears lost, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking information.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and work with you to find a solution.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available to select countries.
Customers are responsible for any:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- VAT fees
- Additional shipping-related charges imposed by their country
